We Designed and patented a transfer case flange in late 2018 for the 5th Gen Ram heavy duties to be able to run a 1410 double cardan front driveline to help with angles that come from a simple leveling kit to a full suspension lift that the factory driveline can not handle.

Our 5th Gen Dodge Flange can be held on to the transfer case by the factory snap ring or by drilling and taping to 1/2" 20 which we supply you with.

Our 5th Gen Front Dodge Flanges can be sold separately or with a driveline.
